How We Work?

 

Planning

 

It is important that we discuss first the details of your invitations like the design, quantity, color or motif, delivery date and among others preferably thru meet-ups or phone call/facebook chat. We have variety of designs you can choose from but if you have desired or available designs we can customize/improvise it for you. We always add personal touches/trademarks to every design for personalization purposes.

 

Processing Time

 

After carefully planning all the details of your desired invitations, work starts after downpayment of fifty (50%) of the total cost. The normal lead time for wedding invitation is 2-3 weeks while for birthday/christening is 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of work. Birthdays/Baptism and Simple Orders

 

The maximum mandays for wedding invitations/souvenirs and complex orders is twenty-one days or maximum of 3 weeks and two weeks for birthdays/christening orders. The timetable must be strictly followed to avoid any conflicts, penalties and delays. In case of time frame adjustments, such as:

 

  • Request for early delivery (less than 2 weeks for timetable A and 1 week for timetable B), we will charge a RUSH FEE of 30% of the total cost.

 

  • Extension of the timetable due to delayed compliance of the client will be charged Php50.00 per day. Extension of timetable would mean additional manpower or overtime work for our crafters just to complete the project within the given timeframe and minimize conflicts with our other pending orders.

 

  • In case of delayed submission of deliverables (our fault), a five percent (5%) discount from the remaining balance will be issued to the client.

 

 

Samples

 

Our previous samples are available in our website/facebook page for your viewing or you may personally visit our showroom. Once the transaction is confirmed, we will make a mock-up of your invitation and will send its detailed photos either thru facebook or email for your review/examination. Preferably, we can set another meet-up to physically check the mock-up and discuss further details.

 

Layout/Design

 

Lay-outing is one of the most essential parts of the process which takes almost half of the lead time. In this stage we thoroughly pay attention to every detail. It is highly recommended that you furnish us softcopy/encoded file of your wedding details and entourage list to minimize typographical errors. We also recommend high-resolution photos for best results.

We will send a watermarked/low resolution file of the layout for your review and approval. We are willing to accommodate changes in spelling, color, photo, background, etc. within a limited timeframe only. Once the mass production has started there will be no changes or we will charge for an additional fee for the reprinting.

 

Inconsistencies

 

There might be slight variations for every item since they are processed piece-by-piece using machine and handmade. These makes our invitations unique, charming and one-of-a-kind.

 

Pricing

 

When you buy handmade you are not just buying the materials, you are also buying the crafters time, effort, love and dedication that goes into making your items. Hence, invitation prices vary depending on the style, design, materials, quantity and complexity of work of your order.

 

Payment Options

 

50% downpayment

 

25% Progress Billing (upon delivery of 50% output)

 

25% full payment upon delivery of product / before shipment

 

Cancellation/Refund

 

In case of cancellation, for whatever reason/s, notify us thru Facebook, email, SMS or phone call stating the reason/s of the cancellation of order.

 

Refunds of the initial downpayment will be issued if cancellation is done within 24 hours from the transaction date.

 

Strictly NO REFUND will be issued if supplies/materials were already ordered. You may pick-up or request for shipping of the supplies.

 

Strictly NO REFUND when the actual process had started like layouting, cutting of papers and assembly. You may also pick-up or request for shipping of the unfinished orders.

 

Damages due to shipping or storage will not be accepted for refund, repair or exchanged.

 

Complaints

 

We ensure utmost quality of all our products and we carefully examine that products are in good condition prior to its shipment/delivery. However, since our processing involves manual labor, we are also prone to errors and mistakes.

Should there be any complaints, you may notify us immediately so that we can properly address the problem in due time.

You are paying for our time and effort to create your personal invitation NOT for the character images.  All the licensed character images maintain the copyright of their original respective owners. We do NOT claim ownership of character clip-art or graphics.
